New Event – Protest outside of New York City Hall

November 24, 2009

Come protest against Mayor Mike Bloomberg, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly and their new network of electronic surveillance for Midtown Manhattan, which includes: surveillance cameras, license plate readers and weapons sensors. Please join us to protest these measures to have our every move watched and evaluated by machines and snoops sitting among closed circuit television (CCTV) screens.

We must tell our Mayor and Police Commissioner that New Yorkers do not approve of living in a 1984 technological nightmare! If New York City turns into the next London, masses of people will leave the Big Apple in droves, placing a further strain on our local economy. Lack of respect for personal privacy becomes a quality of life issue for New Yorkers. New Yorkers want and deserve a peaceful existence of normalcy and respect. Anything less is unacceptable!

Please tell others and promote this event on your favorite local political web sites and blogs.

We will be meeting at the steps of City Hall, located at: 260 Broadway, New York, NY 10007.

Update On What’s Going On

November 20, 2009

Hello Everyone:

Sorry for not posting in some time. At times we need a break from some things to keep our minds from going on the fritz. Contemplating on all this negative stuff going on can drive one crazy, then mad and possibly insane with time!

The protest we held last month against government surveillance (despite the Meetup group promoting it) was a bomb unfortunately. Fifteen people RSVPed a “yes”, two a “maybe” and guess what? I was the only one to show up! I did make a lot of heads turn though and received some very positive reactions!

If you care about your privacy like I do, then we need some kind of plan of action or YOU have to devote some time or help to do something! If you expect me to run an entire campaign against surveillance all by myself then guess what the result is going to be? FAILURE! I can always be contacted with the “Contact Us” hyperlink at our homepage. Please help and do something!

One simple thing you can do to help this organization grow is to join our Meetup group here: http://www.meetup.com/NYC-CameraFRAUD-Citizens-Against-Surveillance. This at least tells me your care and wish to show your support in some way. Numbers do matter and so do lack of numbers!

Another thing you as an individual can do is volunteer your time to spread the message about this site. Help organize an event for this group. Make fliers about this group and leave them in your place(s) of business you attend (if you don’t like handing out fliers to people directly). Buy ad space on the web or in newspapers to promote our web site and views. Help promote our group on different political web sites you like to participate in. Tell our web address over the radio and what we’re about. This is how organizations can grow.

Just as the surveillance cameras hit our streets and highways like weeds which grow in the spring, I say we can fight fire with fire concerning this subject and here’s how: I personally am willing to go to the highways to place yard signs everywhere to promote our group and our message on these giant surveillace posts to make people aware that we exist and that we are all being spied on by these towers the Department of Homeland “Security” has erected everywhere (a new one was just built days ago less than a mile away from my house)! Placement of these signs is the key but I need your help. Would you help me out and consider donating $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 or any amount of money you can afford to print up signs?  See “Donate to NYC CameraFRAUD” hyperlink for what to do to. If you can make a donation of gold, platinum, palladium, silver, copper coinage or bars that helps us even more (I know people that accept it)! Why? It’s because the more we rely on the Federal Reserve Bank’s fiat money, the more controlled we are by them, as the more their money becomes worth and matters. We give the Central Banks their power to run our government(s) and world by using their money! Ever wonder why in America, the land of the once free, we have an income tax as of 1913, why most of our elections are always fixed, why we had a 9/11 tragedy, why we instigate wars throughout the world, why we have military bases throughout the world, why we have cameras watching us all over the place, why our government policy cares more about Israel than its own American citizens? It’s because of the Rothschild family and their Federal Reserve Bank that gives them this power to do this to us through their monetary control, no matter how much we protest what they do!!

The New World Order can be defeated without one shot fired or one punch thrown. Just stop paying for things with their Federal Reserve Notes and stop accepting their “money”. Just because we have the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, doesn’t mean they can force us to accept this money! No one can compel us to do anything we are not willing to do! If everyone took this attitude we would live in a free world and have our freedom back! It’s just a matter of you not being lazy about this, your will and your principles as a whole!

If people refuse to accept  gold and silver coinage as a payment, show whoever it is a copy of the U.S. Constitution and cite Article 1, Section 10. The Constitution is the supreme law of the United States. It is illegal to refuse gold and silver coinage as a form of payment! Tell that to everyone you buy from. If the Feds wish to cause you trouble tell them that they don’t follow their own laws that they are bound to uphold as the U.S. Constitution is the ultimate law of the land. So start paying for your purchases in gold and silver coins! A source to get gold and silver coins to trade with can be found here: www.opencurrency.com.  They also have interesting reading material for learning.

By the way, please attend your local End The Fed protest on November 22, 2009 by going here: http://www.endthefed.us.

 Sincerely,

 NYC CameraFRAUD Organizer

Bloomberg’s Big Brother Surveillance Plans Need To Be Opposed, Rebuked and Stopped By New Yorkers! Please Repost!

October 23, 2009

This story alone should give you good reason to write the mayor and tell him that you don’t approve of the expansion of privacy invading gadgets placed on our streets! Read the article below (courtesy of Phoenix CameraFRAUD):

You might want to add in your message to Mike Bloomberg that because of the expansion of outdoor surveillance apparatuses into Midtown Manhattan you will surely not be electing him on election day! Tell the mayor that you care about your privacy (and that his smoking and trans-fat bans have no right to interfere in how private store owners choose to conduct business). Tell him you feel threatened by his expanded surveillance program. Tell the mayor you feel less safe to be in Manhattan, as you are afraid of being treated like a criminal for asserting your Constitutional freedoms (such as to own or carry a firearm). You might want to warn the mayor that he is breaking the law by allowing this technology to be used on individuals without probable cause (see 4th Amendment in the U.S. Constitution). You might also want to include this web site in your message to the mayor for reference. Here’s how you can reach Mayor Mike Bloomberg:

Address: Mayor Mike Bloomberg, City Hall, New York, NY 10007

Phone: 311 or 212-NEW-YORK

Fax:  1(212)312-0700

E-Mail:  http://www.nyc.gov/html/mail/html/mayor.html

Above all, be to the point, respectful and polite in how you share your views. This will have a better impact than writing in a hostile or threatening fashion.

P.S.  There are 8 candidates running for NYC Mayor, make sure you vote your conscience this November and research who’s on the ballot. No doubt I will not be electing the current mayor for a third term!

Our First Sign Wave/Protest!

October 23, 2009

We will be holding our first outdoor sign wave/protest to promote our organization to the public and to get our ideas across. Come with a large (homemade) sign having STRONG NOTICEABLE BOLD PRINT IN CAPITAL LETTERS to carry with you to hold up to traffic! Try to use an eye-catching neon or bright/loud color background for your sign to gain people’s attention! Make sure your sign gives our web site: HTTP://NYC.CAMERAFRAUD.COM. Remember there is NO “WWW” in our web address. Display a brief message on your sign as to why you hate all forms of surveillance, for example, “CAMERA SURVEILLANCE IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, HTTP://NYC.CAMERAFRAUD.COM” or “RESTORE THE 4TH AMENDMENT, STOP STREET CAMERA SURVEILLANCE HTTP://NYC.CAMERAFRAUD.COM” or “RED LIGHT + SPEED CAMERAS = MORE ACCIDENTS!, HTTP://NYC.CAMERAFRAUD.COM . You get the idea. Anything relevant will work, be creative and inventive but keep it short, BOLD and to the point!

We will be standing at the intersection of Kissena Blvd & Horace Harding Expressway, (Flushing, Queens County, New York) starting at 4:30 PM on October 25 (Sunday).

I will give literature to pass out to oncomers and drivers. Print copies of our flier from this web site too if you wish to help circulate literature at the event or in your neighborhood. We need to let people know our group exists. Please bring people with you, the more the better!

If you know anyone in the media who can give us coverage of this event contact them please!

Time for the Federal Reserve to Come Clean!

September 26, 2009

This video speaks for itself! If they wish to put the people under surveillance, we the people have the right to surveil the activities of the Federal Reserve! Fair is fair. Time to stop the New World Order dead in its tracks!

GET THIS OUT! E-MAIL THESE VIDEOS TO EVERYONE! TELL YOUR CONTACTS TO E-MAIL THESE VIDEOS TO THEIR CONTACTS!

September 23, 2009

Watch both videos. Nazi Germany is at our doorstep! This is information we cannot afford to keep to ourselves! This is tyranny and invasion of privacy all rolled up into one!

A scary look at now and the future ahead. Very disturbing!

Ubiquitous Computing: Big Brother’s All-Seeing Eye

Technology has advanced too far, has become too small, compact, hidden, highly esoteric, sophisticated and is now out of control! Protections need to be put in place for those who wish to not participate in this centralized gathering of information. It seems as if we have lost our humanity to instead be all integrated with machinery and reading devices all around us. It’s as if now the machines speak louder than we do on a human level. Human beings should be in control of life, not machines! Where and when do we draw the line?

Perhaps the Unabomber was right and not crazy at all?! He knew what was coming and perhaps had years of foreknowledge that most didn’t at the time. Human beings will (hopefully) start resenting the machines more and more we built since they are all knowing, too invasive, too interfering and too sophisticated. The question is will machines eventually take over man and dominate (rule over us)? Perhaps this is a clear message (wake up call) that we must stop building, using, consuming technology as one day it may conquer our very existence and humanity will be servant of the machine? Don’t dismiss it because who would have believed we would have gotten as far as we have technologically in such a short period of time?!

I view this new technology as cancer onto the human race. The only way to cure this cancer is through the rejection of the technological revolution for it to be replaced by a return to nature and G-d. The way we are going life will no longer be consider life (worth living). Technology has translated our human existence into serfdom, absolute control and artificial life. There are lots of things one can enjoy in life that do not require high tech capabilities. Things like animals, playing musical instruments, painting, drawing, quilting, truly organic farming, having family time, things people enjoyed in the ancient world to this very day. Choose a more simple life, reject new technology. You will be doing a major service to the world. Watch the above film. Reject the New World (dis)Order and its chaotic ways. The New World Order is a culture not of life but of death, destruction in its darkest and most sinister forms.

This letter was published in Newsday, Tuesday, September 15, 2009

I must say that I couldn’t agree more with the viewpoint of this letter. There’s just some things we would rather not have known about us and what we do. Not everything we do should be made public information. I believe the following: If no one complains, then no one needs to know. Simple as that. We all have our lives. We disclose what we want, with whom we wish to share. Private information including our daily whereabouts is not the world’s business to know at every moment.

Surveillance cameras outdoors? Do they keep us safe or more unsafe? Read this and you decide!

September 11, 2009

An interesting thought came into my mind recently. Camera fraud, literally! Read this wacky idea which should not be entirely dismissed:

There are so many surveillance cameras watching us in public nowadays. So many that who’s keeping track of all of them outside as to where they are located?

Take this possibility into account: Since we have wireless technology these days which can be powered through cell phone towers or solar power means etc. who’s to say any private person can’t just put up a spy camera on public property like the government does? What would be the chances of getting caught? I’d say fairly slim. Do you think anyone would notice one or two more cameras out in the open (besides those who are obsessed)? Even if someone did notice a new camera installation, what would be the likelihood of it being brought to the attention of the authorities (especially in an urban area)? Truth is this act could jeopardize and undermine security for anyone out in the public. This is another reason the idea to me seems totally hairbrained.

Nobody would install a lamp post on public property illegally for example. It would be expensive and not worth the bother to one private individual. There was only one remote place I’ve ever walked in my lifetime in New York City where I thought a lamp post or light really was needed (which New York City may have overlooked). However with installing a surveillance camera it’s quite different. There really could be a reason that a private person installs one on public property. I believe one would do this to find out when certain individuals are coming and going. One would do this also to see when the coast is normally clear to get a job done. So people this way can be stalked, their recorded images could be transferred to anyone, one could commit a planned criminal act, take revenge, commit vandalism, commit terrorism, etc. The possibilities of what could go wrong are infinite.

My whole point is that camera surveillance has the potential to be not just a nuisance but a menace to society when very prevalent outdoors. It could put people at risk for criminals targeting individuals. Surveillance cameras can be used for organized crime or can aid someone looking to commit some type of criminal activity. Perhaps “lawful” surveillance cameras could be hacked into by technology experts? These outdoor surveillance cameras are a tool which can create disorder and societal unrest. This makes an argument as to why we might be safer if in fact we just outlaw surveillance cameras from being anywhere outdoors.

Cops may like to play hide and go seek from their police stations but this is not wise. Look at all the cases of crime commited against people from criminals who dress up as police officers and are not! Can you imagine the potential then that a criminal or terrorist could plot using (fake police) surveillance cameras! Problems lie ahead soon. Bad move Uncle Sam! Just as cameras can be used to prevent crime, they can also be used to plan and create crime. They are a potential hazard to our safety! A 1984 society keeps us very unsafe!

Tagging and Tracking Trash

Tagging and Tracking Trash

Oh great, now they want to track items we’re throwing away? As if things couldn’t get more bizarre involving surveillance!? What’s next? What are they afraid of? Trash terrorists? Trash can bombings? Will this team of researchers eventually want volunteers to track poop being flushed down the toilet? Why don’t they get real?!

Animals are being tagged, people are being tagged. I think this whole world has gone INSANE! Why has our species become so dumb and depraved?

I think what needs to happen is products have to be marked whether or not they contain radio frequency indentification (RFID) tags so that consumers know. Some consumers and privacy advocates (such as myself) just don’t want people knowing where our goods are being transported which we buy. After buying something it is then private property and no one else’s business knowing where it is (going)! This matter has now turned into an issue of being anonymous in society with having property rights!
